Does dedicated support time rollover?

Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and our resources, therefore it does not roll over. You can take comfort in the fact that what you will request within your allotted hours of time a month (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?

We pride ourselves on offering quality, reliable services to our clients, however, nothing is ever certain. In the event that your website has a major issue, we will be right there communicating with the web host on your behalf. We cannot promise that your website will never be hacked, go down or break, but we do promise to do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

What tasks are included in the dedicated support time?

Good question! Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however anything that can fit into your monthly support time is free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website involving installing a new plugin or a full design will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

What if I need a dedicated support time and I don't have the Premium or Advanced plan?

If you don’t have the Premium or Advanced Plan you can still have a dedicated support time but it will be charged separated at our current support rate of $100/hour.

What if I need more hours?

If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $100/hour.

How long will it take to setup my website care plan?

Once you sign up and provide login credentials, we’ll have your plan set up within 1-2 business days. Everything from speed improvements to security will be addressed by our team during on-boarding.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. We’re here to support you, your business and your website. If you change your mind, want to up/downgrade, or even cancel, simply get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will stop the next payment.

I already have a website. Can you look after it for me?

For sure! We first like to do a Website Health Check, where we do a full analysis of your website looking at how it’s been built, the tools used and report on any potential issues that need to be addressed. From there we can discuss your needs moving forward and recommend an action plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Health Check is a fixed fee.

Do you support e-commerce, online courses and membership websites?

Websites with advanced functionality like these require our Premium Care Plan. They take more resources for us to manage, test and keep running smoothly. We want to have you on the right plan so we are able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast, and open for business.
